For most people, the last day to hire a health plan services was 31 January 2016. But for scammers looking for a new way to commit fraud by health insurance, phishing season is just beginning .

Phishing is a type of identity theft in which fraudsters use fraudulent websites, fake emails and calls with automatic trying to steal your personal information, including passwords, credit card and, increasingly more often recorders, your Social Security number. If you press 1, an operator, who says working with the law will ask for your personal information, including your name, date of birth, telephone, income and Social Security number.

The more personal information you share, the more likely jeopardize your identity. Scammers who are carrying out the scam Health Insurance Market begin trying to get your basic information, such as your date of birth and address, to deceive the network and get more information from you. The more data get, the more opportunities they have to achieve a fraud: You can open a credit card in your name, steal your tax return, take out loans in your name and to leave zeros your bank account or your retirement accounts.
